Helen is an amazing teacher!  She has taught my son from beginner to Grade 8 violin (with Distinction), Grade 8 piano and Grade 5 music theory.  She is incredibly patient, always cheerful and adapted her fun & gentle teaching style to suit my growing son over 10 years.  She is still one of his favourite teachers!

We couldn't recommend Helen more highly.  She has taken my son from knowing absolutely nothing about string instruments as a young beginner to becoming a confident and enthusiastic violinist.  He genuinely loves playing, and under her guidance recently achieved a High Distinction in his ABRSM exam.  She combines excellent technical teaching with warmth, encouragement and patience, making every lesson both enjoyable and inspiring.  We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her.
